My Yoga Styles
My Yoga classes are a fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a traditional style of yoga that emphasises physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation. Hatha yoga typically involves holding each pose for several breaths and focusing on proper alignment and form.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a more dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement. Vinyasa classes typically involve flowing sequences of poses that are synchronized with the breath. Vinyasa yoga can be more physically demanding than Hatha yoga, but it can also be a great way to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

- In my private yoga classes, I offer a tailored experience that caters to a diverse range of individuals. Whether you're a beginner seeking to boost your confidence in a safe and supportive environment, have specific mobility or health concerns, or want to deepen your existing practice, my one-on-one sessions are designed with your unique needs in mind.
- For beginners, I create a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere, allowing you to learn and progress at your own pace. I focus on building a strong foundation, guiding you step-by-step in a way that suits your comfort level. I'm trained to adapt and modify poses to accommodate mobility or health limitations, ensuring a safe and effective practice for everyone.
- If you prefer practicing in the comfort of your own home, I offer in-home sessions based on distance, so you can enjoy your practice in a familiar and convenient setting. Alternatively, I have access to various local spaces available for hire for an additional charge, giving you the flexibility to choose a location that suits your preferences.
